Prompts para generar avatares y fotos de perfil con Nano Banana (sin que te delaten que es IA)

En LinkedIn detecto avatares hechos con IA en menos de dos segundos. Piel demasiado pulida, simetría facial perfecta, fondo aburrido tipo papel gris, ojos brillando como si tuvieran filtro. Y eso pasa porque el 90% de la gente que genera un avatar con IA pide "professional headshot" y le da enter. Así nadie va a creer que esa foto es tuya.

Llevo meses probando esto con clientes que no quieren pagar un fotógrafo y necesitan presencia digital decente. Lo aprendí pagando el precio caro, que es haberlo intentado mal. Te paso lo que sí funciona.

Por qué tantos avatares de IA se ven obviamente falsos

Hay tres pistas que el ojo entrenado capta inmediatamente. Primero, iluminación simétrica: ambos lados de la cara igual de iluminados, sin la sombra natural que da una ventana o una lámpara. Segundo, piel sin imperfecciones: ningún poro, ningún brillo, ninguna pequeña arruga. Tercero, fondos genéricos: la pared gris desenfocada que se ve clonada de stock de los 2000s.

Si quieres que tu avatar pase desapercibido como IA, tienes que pelearte contra esos tres reflejos del modelo. Y la forma de pelearse es prompt-engineering bien orientado.

Las 6 partes del prompt que cambian el resultado

Mi fórmula para avatares creíbles tiene seis ingredientes que casi nadie incluye. Aplica los seis y la diferencia es brutal.

• Edad real: decir "35 year old" en vez de no decir nada. La IA por defecto rejuvenece.
• Imperfección controlada: "subtle skin texture", "natural pores", "a small mark on the cheek". Esto rompe el plástico.
• Iluminación natural: "window light from the left", "afternoon sun", "soft north light". Nada de "studio lighting".
• Lente específico: "shot on 85mm at f1.8" o "50mm at f2.2". Imita cámara real.
• Fondo coherente: un lugar real (oficina, café, biblioteca, calle), no "blurred background".
• Expresión específica: "slight smile, mouth closed", "looking thoughtful off camera". Nada de "smiling at camera".

Estos los uso para LinkedIn, agencias, sitios web corporativos y plataformas tipo Upwork o About.me. Cuidado con el estilo de tu nicho: un developer no se ve en el mismo entorno que un coach ejecutivo.

Prompt 1 — Corporativo clásico:

Cómo evitar el AI face que te delata

Aunque uses estos prompts tal cual, hay tres ajustes finales que marcan la diferencia entre "creíble" y "obviamente IA". Primero, añade asimetría. Pide explícitamente que un lado de la cara reciba más luz que el otro. La simetría es el sello número uno de la IA.

Segundo, describe textura de piel con detalle. "Visible pores", "subtle skin texture", "a small mark on the cheek", "light forehead lines". Sin esto, la piel sale como porcelana. Tercero, una sola fuente de luz. En la vida real casi nunca estás iluminado uniformemente; el ojo lo nota aunque no sepa por qué.

Una última cosa importante. Si vas a usar el avatar como foto de marca personal, sé honesto en tu bio: "imagen generada con IA basada en una foto real" o algo similar. Estamos en 2026 y la gente premia transparencia. Esconder que es IA es exactamente lo que rompe la confianza cuando alguien lo detecta.
